Returns

We want you to love your new timepiece as much as we do, but sometimes it just doesn't work out.

We are happy to return any unused and unopened items that are in their original packaging, within 14 days of you receiving them. Please note, when a refund is initiated, this can take 3-5 days to reach your bank account, depending on the day and time it is processed. Please bear with us.

Return postage for unwanted items is paid by the purchaser. We will only refund the postage of an item in the event that it arrives faulty.
